Acroyoga in Nature Retreat is a small weekend gathering hosted by Atempo BCN for up to 24 participants in the green mountains of La Garrotxa. The retreat includes workshops in acroyoga (beginner to intermediate), yoga, handstands, and Thai massage led by Clara, Lidiya, and Santi. It’s held in a rural house with private rooms, an indoor yoga hall, and outdoor grassy training space overlooking the valley. All meals are vegetarian with one optional meat dinner, prepared from local ingredients.
