This workshop brings Alfonso and Alberto—two experienced icarian teachers—for their first training visit to Poland. The event focuses on Icarian games, dynamic partner transitions, and safe catching and spotting techniques. Sessions include progressive drills for both base and flyer roles, offering an opportunity for acroyogis in Poland to deepen their Icarian practice in a supportive training environment.
