Standing Acro Weekend

A focused two-day intensive for intermediate to advanced acrobats led by Meital Midori Rotshvalb and Matt Berno. The weekend explores both release and non-release standing acrobatics, including drills, technique refinement, and creative transitions. Content is adaptable to participants’ goals, with optional group variations for added challenge.
Prerequisites:
Comfortable holding standing H2H and F2H (10+ seconds)
Experience with long-arm position and pitch-to-reverse F2H
