AcroYoga Midsummer Festival

Our favorite Midsummer Acro festival: four days of nature, community, and AcroYoga!
Located in the magical village of Stjärnsund, the festival offers Acro, Yoga, massage, handstand, hikes, and open training.
– Machines, pops, Icarian, Standing acro, dance lifts, h2h, f2h. Handstand, yoga, thai yoga massage!
– All surrounded by nature, facilitated by Gabi, Fabio and the warm hospitality of Fridhem!

– The event starts on Thursday at 19.00. Welcome to join for a delicious dinner, followed by the opening circle and the first round of Acro!
– On Friday we attend the special Acro games at the traditional midsummer pole dance ceremony! More AcroYoga workshops will follow right after to keep your energy high!
Saturday morning the Yoga flow prepares you for breakfast, while AcroYoga keeps your playfulness high right after!
During lunchtime, you can choose to explore the lake on a canoe, hike in the forest or just relax in the sun, while the afternoon is enriched by more Acro.
We will light up the evening with more workshops, a show and a dance party! If you have any skill you would like to share during the show, feel free to bring the equipment you need or contact us in case you wonder if we already have it.
For Sunday we offer more Yoga, Acro and fun activities – we cannot wait to share an incredible solstice weekend with you!
