Sardinia Retreat

A week-long retreat in Ulassai focused on acroyoga, yoga, hiking, and climbing, with activities in the village and surrounding nature. The retreat is framed as an opportunity for travel and shared practice, bringing participants together through movement and outdoor exploration while connecting with the local area and community. Ulassai is a mountain town at 700 meters in the Ogliastra region, surrounded by limestone cliffs and close to natural attractions such as the “tacchi” climbing areas, Su Marmuri cave, waterfalls, and forested plateaus with walking paths. The coast is described as about 20 minutes away by car.
