We love flows and want to bring them into the spotlight so at this festival, our amazing international guest teachers will share acroyoga flows in all flavours – from Open Level flows to Tricky flows and Dynamic flows including elements like whips, pops and icarians within the sequence.
There will be space and time to jam with your friends.

The festival runs from Friday to Sunday with multiple parallel workshop rounds. It is open to all levels, with beginner-friendly options available throughout the weekend. Ticket prices range from €80 for a single day to €280 for the full weekend.
