Registration opens in March – Come on out to Acro de Playa Workshop Weekend in beautiful Virginia Beach, VA June 19-21 for a weekend full of Acro Yoga Skills & Flows – on the land, on the beach, in the ocean, and even on paddleboard! One price at $100 for all this beachin’ goodness!
TWO LEVELS OF INSTRUCTION: The workshop is focused on building upon skills already developed and aiming at progressing the Beg/Novice to Nov/Intermediate Acro Yogi.

SUNDAY 1p – Beach Acro Day at Bay Oaks Park, Norfolk, VA. Acro on Beach, In the Water, on Paddleboards, plus beach fun, good times & good friends. See you on the at the Beach!
