A six day high level hand to hand and dynamic acrobatics retreat held at Brunnenhaus. The program includes five to six hours of daily training with a dedicated longe system for dynamic progressions. The focus is on advanced standing and L base hand to hand and foot to hand, including tempo work, podshedshka, pitch variations, courbet, and cascade. The retreat is designed for experienced practitioners who can hold standing hand to hand and foot to hand for 10 seconds without steps and perform pitch and podshedshka elements. Evenings include guided jams, sauna, and community activities.
The retreat includes accommodation in dorm rooms, double rooms, or van spots, and three meals per day. Early bird prices range from 640€ to 685€, with regular prices from 685€ to 715€ depending on room choice. Social pricing options are available.
