A six day advanced hand to hand and dynamic acrobatics retreat held at Brunnenhaus. The program includes five to six hours of daily training with a dedicated longe system for advanced dynamic progressions. The focus is on tempos in hand to hand and foot to hand with release, one arm hand to hand, courbet and cascade, knots, and high level dynamic elements such as handsprings and saltos. The retreat is designed for experienced practitioners who already perform advanced dynamic skills and want to take them out of lines with spotting support. Evenings include guided jams, sauna, and community activities.
The retreat includes accommodation in dorm rooms, double rooms, or van spots, and three meals per day. Early bird prices range from 640€ to 685€, with regular prices from 685€ to 715€ depending on room choice. Social pricing options are available.
