Led by Blox\, assisted by Christine Moonbeam\, the program blends lectures\, interactive discussions\, hands-on teaching labs\, and group reflection to help participants refine their voice\, teaching style\, and leadership presence. \nThe curriculum moves through stages of instructor development—from teacher to coach to mentor—exploring how to safely guide students in edge work and build effective learning environments. Alongside technical and interpersonal training\, the course also covers the business side of education\, helping participants identify their strengths\, address growth areas\, and develop sustainable coaching practices.

DESCRIPTION:Location: Langensteinbach (near Karlsruhe)\, Germany\nDates: April 9–12\, 2026 \nThe Karlsruhe Acrobatics Festival celebrates its 30th edition with four days of partner acrobatics\, movement\, and community. Hosted at the Sonotronic Sportpark in Langensteinbach\, the festival brings together around 300 participants across three large halls dedicated to training\, workshops\, accommodation\, food\, and an open stage. \nThe program offers a wide range of acrobatics-focused workshops\, open training time\, aerial elements\, sauna evenings\, and a playful\, experimental open stage on Saturday night. An awareness team is present throughout the festival to support a respectful\, inclusive\, and safe environment for all participants. \nThe festival runs from Thursday afternoon to Sunday early afternoon and participation is only possible with a full festival ticket\, which includes workshops\, accommodation in the hall\, and vegetarian/vegan catering. No day tickets are available.
