A Day of Hand to Hand – Bochum

A one day intensive workshop focused on standing acrobatics and hand to hand. The training covers step by step progressions for standing and L base hand to hand and foot to hand, including entries, exits, lifts, throws, spotting technique, and partner tricks adapted to different levels. The day includes a specific warm up and guided cool down, as well as individual handstand and strength work. The workshop is led by Tom, a professional circus artist specialized in hand to hand and standing acrobatics.

The schedule runs from 09:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00. Early bird price is 70€ until March 8, after which the regular price is 85€. A sliding scale system is available, including social price discount codes. Registration is completed through the official event page.
