A Day of Hand to Hand – Thalexweiler

A one day intensive workshop focused on standing acrobatics and hand to hand. The training includes step by step progressions for standing and L base hand to hand and foot to hand, with work on entrances, exits, lifts, throws, spotting technique, and partner tricks adapted to different levels. The day includes a specific warm up, guided cool down, individual handstand training, and strength work. The workshop is led by Tom and is intended for practitioners with L base hand to hand experience and ongoing standing hand to hand training.
Schedule: 10:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:00. Early bird price is 70€ until March 31, regular price 80€, with sliding scale options available. Registration is completed through the official event page.
