This is a two-day AcroYoga intensive led by Dasha Kalinikina, Grisha Shapovalov, and Masha Barbashova. The program includes acro flows, slacro, and icarian techniques, with sessions progressing from foundations to transitions and dynamic elements such as spins and throws. The schedule combines structured workshops and a jam, with classes held across two venues in the city.
The intensive is open to mixed levels, but participants should have a basic AcroYoga background. Experience with throws is required for the final session. The price is 4000 RUB, with an early bird rate of 3500 RUB available before March 22. Registration is handled via direct message.
