Acro Sicily a San Quirino Intensive

This weekend intensive is led by Luigi and Francesca from Sicily Acro and focuses entirely on L-base acroyoga. The workshops include dynamic flows with smooth transitions, as well as whip, pop, and icarian games tailored for multiple levels. The schedule runs from Saturday morning through Sunday midday with alternating practice and rest sessions. It’s designed for participants who already know basic skills such as Side Star, Ninja Star, and Star, and who want to refine technique while training in a supportive community setting.
