This is a 100-hour AcroYoga teacher training focused on pedagogy, methodology, and safe instruction. The program covers AcroYoga techniques including L-base, standing acro, flows, washing machines, and basic dynamic movements, along with yoga, mobility, partner training, and inversions. It also includes restorative practices such as lunar acro and Thai massage. Additional modules focus on teaching skills, anatomy, injury prevention, class structure, communication, and inclusivity. The training includes practical teaching exercises and post-training follow-up hours.
The training is residential with accommodation and meals provided on-site. Pricing is divided between teaching fees and full-board accommodation. A minimum level of prior AcroYoga experience is required. Registration is completed through an application process.
