This intensive AcroYoga Teacher Training is designed to deepen your personal practice while providing you with essential teaching skills, technical understanding, and embodied experience. Over five immersive days, you will train within a supportive community environment that fosters both personal and professional growth.

Prerequisites
You should have attended several AcroYoga workshops and feel comfortable in group settings.

Required skills:
Front Bird & Front Bow (basing & flying)
Cartwheel into Straddle Bat (basing or flying)
Low Foot to Hand (basing or flying)
Star (basing or flying)
30-second handstand at the wall

Openness to group processes, physical and emotional encounters, and social exchange is essential.

Teachers

Lucie Beyer will be your main trainer. With extensive experience in AcroYoga, handstand training, yoga, and Thai Yoga Massage, she provides a solid foundation for your development as an AcroYoga teacher. Her daily meditation practice and vibrant presence bring depth, lightness, and joy to the training.

Assisted by Monika Kolb, Sheilina Durrer, Tim Ziesemann, and Tudor Sirbu.
