A six day high level hand to hand and dynamic acrobatics retreat held at Brunnenhaus. The program includes five to six hours of daily training with a dedicated longe system for dynamic progressions. The focus is on refining L base and standing hand to hand and foot to hand, improving timing and alignment, and developing new entries, exits, and variations according to participant level. Evenings include guided jams, sauna, and community activities.
The retreat includes accommodation in dorm rooms, double rooms, or van spots, and three meals per day. Early bird prices range from 640€ to 685€, with regular prices from 685€ to 715€ depending on room choice. Social pricing options are available.
