Acrospirit Certified 50HR Acroyoga Training (Level 1 – Foundations)

Location: Om Ham Retreat, Ubud, Bali, Indonesia

This one-week foundational training is designed for beginners through intermediate practitioners, teaching acroyoga basics including L-base poses, partner work, handstands, Thai massage, safety and spotting protocols, and communication skills. The course includes theory, practical modules, and training as base, flyer, and spotter roles. Accommodations and two meals per day are included.
