This retreat is designed for beginner to intermediate practitioners and features partner acroyoga workshops in L- and S-basing, creative flow sessions, and fun washing machine transitions. Mats and longes (safety lines) are provided, and participants support the kitchen team in non-workshop shifts. The event is community-priced, with a focus on connection, trust, and joyful practice.
