Acroyoga Workshop – Pops & Icarians is a two day training focused on dynamic AcroYoga techniques. The Saturday session covers pops, including timing, coordination, and linking movements. The Sunday session focuses on icarians, with guided practice on technique, isolation, and transitions. The workshop includes games, skill development exercises, and partner acrobatics practice adapted to participant needs.
The workshop takes place at the Dojo Hall and is open to participants without prerequisites. The price is 60€ for the full weekend or 65€ for non members of Acroyoga Beaujolais. Half day participation costs 35€ or 40€ for non members. Registration is required and places are limited, with a minimum of 10 participants per session.
