AcroYoga, Yoga & Thai Massage Retreat

This is a two-day retreat focused on AcroYoga, yoga, and Thai massage, led by Fabio, Elena, Carlo, and Valentina. The program combines individual and partner practices, including yoga for body awareness, AcroYoga for balance, trust, and communication, and Thai massage for recovery and partner care. The structure follows a progression between these three disciplines, integrating movement, coordination, and relaxation.
The retreat is open to all levels, with no prior experience required. It takes place in a natural setting and emphasizes group practice and shared learning.
