Intensive Weekend Zurich w/ Acro Conciencia

Location: Turnhalle Fachschule Viventa, Zürich, Switzerland
This AcroYoga intensive weekend is led by Coni and Mati from Acro Conciencia and focuses on dynamic partner acrobatics. The program includes four workshops covering whip-pops, Icarian games, flow creation, and the integration of whips and Icarians. Sessions develop timing, coordination, technique, and transitions, with an emphasis on understanding movement mechanics and building fluid sequences. The workshops are designed for intermediate to advanced practitioners with specific prerequisites in L-basing skills.
Participants can attend one day or the full weekend. Pricing is 100 CHF for one day or 160 CHF for the full weekend.
