Latin America Acroyoga Training

Dates: February 1–12, 2026

This is a residential AcroYoga training program focused on deepening practice through pedagogy, physical training, and relational skills. The formation emphasizes communication, presence, and community building alongside technical AcroYoga practice. It is designed for those who wish to become AcroYoga teachers or to understand the practice from a pedagogical perspective.

The program is open to all levels, including participants without prior experience. It includes theoretical and practical material, a PDF manual, one-to-one mentoring, personalized follow-up, and a certificate. Content covers human dynamics, warm-up methodologies, acrobatic flights, icarian games and pops, double-height principles, partner yoga, handstands, movement and animal flow, yoga philosophy, therapeutic flying, dynamic Thai massage, class sequencing, pedagogy, and introductory marketing concepts applied to AcroYoga.
