This is a Level 1 Movement Flow training led by Slava Goloubov. The program focuses on developing strength, flexibility, mobility, and coordination through a structured movement system combining handstands, floor work, martial arts elements, soft acrobatics, and flow-based transitions. It is designed for a wide range of levels, from beginners to advanced movers.
The training takes place at Espaço Simpatia. Tuition options include full payment, half payment, or a monthly payment plan. Accommodation and meals are not included. Participants receive certification upon completion, and local discounts are available for residents of Latin America.
