METAMORPHOSIS: Second Acroyoga Workshop Weekend

This is a weekend AcroYoga workshop hosted at House of Aerialist and led by Eli and Bagaz. The program focuses on whips and icarians, with sessions designed to explore technique and adapt to different experience levels. The teachers guide participants through partner acrobatics practices that develop balance, trust, and body awareness. The schedule includes two workshop sessions each day and a guided jam on Sunday afternoon.
The event is open to all levels, including beginners, and participants do not need to attend with a partner. It is possible to join for a single day. Registration is required, and spaces are limited. Contact is provided via email and phone for booking.
