PAC – Polish Acro Convention

The Polish Acro Convention (PAC) is a four-day gathering at the “U Tośki 3” resort in the Podhale region, at the base of the Tatra Mountains. It brings together over a hundred participants and twenty teachers for an intensive acroyoga and acrobatics experience with multiple levels of training.
The event features eleven workshop rounds, with four classes to choose from in each slot, covering standing acro, L-basing, whips, icarians, acro dance, handstands, Thai massage, yoga, and stretching. Facilities include several training halls, outdoor and indoor jam areas, acrobatic lines, a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and shared rooms with balconies.
Participants enjoy three vegetarian or vegan meals daily, evening jams, and show nights. Accommodation is available on-site or nearby, with double rooms carrying a small surcharge. Shuttle service from Kraków is offered, and early registration determines room placement.
