Sud Est Acro Fest is a three-day AcroYoga festival held at Spazio Gioconda. The program includes AcroYoga workshops with topics such as flows, pops, whips, dance lifts, and standing acrobatics, along with guided jams, a seaside jam, and community activities. Additional elements include yoga and meditation sessions, a full moon evening with folk dance and music, and shared meals.
The festival includes accommodation and optional meals, with vegan and gluten-free food provided. Early bird price is €250 with meals and lodging, or €200 without meals. Regular pricing increases to €280 or €230 respectively. Participation includes access to all workshops, use of the space and equipment, and overnight stay (participants bring their own sleeping gear). Registration requires a form submission and deposit. Spots are limited.
