The Summer Retreat: Handstands & Acroyoga is a 4-day event led by Hannah and Alexis, focused on inversions, acroyoga, and playful connection. The retreat includes daily sessions in yoga, handstands, acroyoga, games, massage, and restorative practices.
Held at the seminar center “Der Baum,” participants enjoy both active workshops and relaxing activities in a natural setting. Open to beginners and intermediates, the program offers variations to suit all levels.
