A seven-day immersive training retreat held in Chiang Mai, combining yoga, handstands, slackline yoga, acroyoga, and conditioning. Led by the YogaSlackers teaching team, the program follows a progressive structure with daily yoga classes, dedicated handstand and conditioning workshops, slackline training, and AcroYoga sessions. The retreat includes time for practice and integration, along with additional activities such as Thai massage and a group excursion. Accommodation is provided in shared double rooms, with three vegetarian meals and daily snacks included. The format supports both beginners and experienced practitioners seeking focused cross-training in a residential setting.
