The Acro Way Acroyoga Teacher Training in Sweden is a 14-day, ~100-hour deep dive into acroyoga practice and teaching. The curriculum includes L-base and standing acro, transitions, handstands, flows, therapeutic elements, teaching methodology, safety and spotting, sequencing, and community building. Accommodation and meals are provided, and participants engage in nightly jams, group integration, and hands-on teaching practice.
