Warsaw AcroYoga Weekend Intensive with Misaris Acro

This is a weekend AcroYoga intensive led by Sara and Michal from Misaris Acro. The focus is on L-base acrobatics, including flows, whips, whip-pops, icarians, and foot-to-foot skills. The program offers intermediate and advanced options depending on the group and emphasizes linking skills into sequences.
The workshop runs in four training blocks across Saturday and Sunday. Prerequisites include knowledge of basic washing machines and experience with pops, whips, and icarian skills. Participation is limited to 36 people. Pricing ranges from €70 for one day to €130 for the full weekend. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a spot. The venue is a fully equipped tatami gym in Warsaw.
