Women & Non-Binary Acro Retreat

This is a weekend Acro retreat for women and non-binary participants, led by Jaqui Wan, Lauren Azor, and Dora Rubinstein. The retreat focuses on AcroYoga and partner acrobatics practices including L-basing, standing acrobatics, handstands, flying therapeutics, Thai massage, and yoga. The intention is to provide a supportive space to explore movement, skill development, and group dynamics around gender in acro and circus practice.
The retreat takes place at Westwood Retreat Centre and runs from Friday afternoon to Monday afternoon. The price includes accommodation, all vegetarian and vegan meals, snacks, and all teaching. Accommodation options range from shared rooms to private rooms, with prices between £449 and £849 depending on room type. Transport and travel insurance are not included. Some prior experience in acroyoga or acrobatics is requested.
