Acro Training Camp

This camp is designed for acro pairs (or small groups) who want to refine their skills, build precision, and cultivate ease in their partnerships.We focus on breaking down skills thoughtfully and effectively to guide participants toward efficient acrobatic techniques. Our goal is to help you condition both the physical and mental aspects of acrobatics, while strengthening your personal practice and enhancing your partnership.You’ll gain a deep understanding of the fundamentals that apply to all acro skills. With Christine and Caitlin coaching flyers, and Micah and Dane specializing in the “engine room” of partner acrobatics, we’re excited to share our passion and expertise with you.
