This is a 100-hour Acroyoga Teacher Training hosted by Acroyoga School, held over 11 days. The program combines yoga, acrobatics, Thai massage, and teaching methodology. Participants will train in acro techniques, class design, safety, communication, anatomy, and community skills. It includes excursions to nature, group living, meals, and shared accommodation options.

Prerequisites:
Participants should be comfortable in at least one role (base or flyer) and able to perform ninja star, 4-step transitions, low F2H in L-base, bird-to-bird pop, and 10-second handstand with support.
