HFAF is an acro festival entirely dedicated to hands free skills.

We’re bringing together experienced, passionate, and balance-obsessed teachers from around the world for a festival focused on deep technique, creative play, and real connection, all while camping and sharing meals in the wildly beautiful Estonian countryside.
